We are looking for someone who is motivated and passionate about the vision and ministry of City Church Birmingham and gifted to fill the role of Administrator.
This role will form part of the Operations Team working closely with the Operations Manager with the aim of turning our vision into reality. This role will hold responsibility for leading in the the day-to-day administrative function of City Church Birmingham and managing key systems and processes.
Job Requirements (essential)
• Enthusiasm and vision for seeing church ‘done well’.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and take initiative.
• Ability to envision and lead others.
• Problem solving skilled.
• Strong IT skills including competency with Microsoft Office platforms.
• Recognised gifting in organisation and administration.
• Must be a Christian (occupational requirement) and affirm City Church’s Statement of Faith and submission to Doctrinal Distinctives.
Type: Permanent
Hours: 20 hours per week
Salary: Pro rata based on full time equivalent of at least £22,000 per annum; subject to
candidate experience and training – pending salary review.
