Neighbourhood Easter walkabout

Keen to get out for a walk? Why not follow one of our free and covid-safe Easter walkabout trails around a neighbourhood near you? Aimed at families but open to anyone, you'll be guided from house to house, with fun video clips from witnesses to the first Easter, and things to look out for along the way, plus a kids' goody bag at the end of the trail. The event will be open on Good Friday and Easter Saturday at least, during the daytime.

There's no need to sign up. Just grab a friend or two (up to six people from multiple households, or two bigger households), turn up at the first house (there are 6 on each route), scan the QR code in the window, and follow the instructions! Each route is around a mile and a half long and will take you around an hour from start to finish, perhaps a little more. Bring a phone or two that has plenty of data for watching the videos!

We have walkabout routes in:

Bearwood, beginning at 186 Lightwoods Hill, B67 5EH

Cotteridge, beginning at 20 Northfield Road, B30 1JH

Northfield, beginning at 60 Norman Road, B31 2EP

Selly Oak, beginning at 51 Dawlish Road, B29 7AF

Weoley Castle, beginning at 153 Shenley Fields Road, B29 5BD
