Midweek Small Groups

At City Church we are committed to helping each other live out our Christian lives in the context of loving relationships and one way we do this is by meeting in small groups. Students meet in small groups through StudentPlus and this happens on a Sunday evening. For the rest of the church family small groups happen through our homegroups.

Homegroups

These groups provide an opportunity for people to get to know a smaller number of others well, to hang out together and to learn and grow together in the faith as we study the bible and pray together.  We aim to have a homegroup programme which complements the preaching on Sunday morning and evening to provide a “balanced diet” from the bible. Our homegroups meet weekly on either a Wednesday or Thursday evening. Contact Jonathan Gregory if you are interested in joining a home group.

20s and 30s

20s and 30s is for those at City Church who want to develop friendships with those at the same age and stage, share food, read the Bible together and support one another in prayer.

It's ideal for those who are in their 20s and 30s who are older or postgraduate students, or young workers, particularly if you are new to City church or new to the age range!

Alongside the small groups, we also have seminars for anyone in their 20s and 30s, whether you are new or more established. These events will look at particular issues facing people in their 20s and 30s.

Contact Jonathan Gregory or Claire Kendrew-Jones for more info on 20s and 30s.
