A chance to ask questions and find out more

Your time in the UK may also give rise to questions about the Christian faith: Is Britain really a Christian country? What do Christians actually believe? Who was Jesus, and why does it matter? What does the Bible teach?

We would love to help you find the answers to your questions about our faith. Members of City Church, together with Christians from other local churches, run Discovery Evenings especially for international students who want to find out more about Christianity, Jesus and the Bible. They are open to you whatever your religion, or if you have no religion, and all points of view are respected.

Discovery Evenings take place on Tuesday nights at our Tiverton Road building in Selly Oak. We provide a hot meal at 6:30 p.m., and the programme begins at about 7:30. We finish at 9:00.

To find out when the next Discovery Evening is happening, for more information or to tell us you want to come, please email Tim tim@city-church.org.uk. Please feel free to invite friends, but email to tell us you are coming so we can cook enough food, and tell us if there is anything you cannot eat.
